Why a Blucher stainless steel system was chosen: Cooper's Brewing wanted reliability and longevity when they established an entire new operation at Regency Park in Adelaide. The drainage system in their bottling plant needed to be able to take extremes of temperature and cleaning chemicals used in the sterilisation process. "Clean in place" had to be easily achievable - fast. Coopers saw the Blucher system as the best long-term investment.
