The Mapress pressure system is installed using a simple to use electro-mechanical pipe joining tool which ensures safe, secure connections and eliminates the need for welded or threaded joints. No welding means no fire risk; and there's no damage to the steel either.
A rubber ring seal is factory fitted into the end of each joining socket. With the correct seal, the system can be used for: - Gases: propane, butane and natural gas, inert gases such as oxygen, compressed air and instrument air.
- Various types of water: hot water, drinking water, cooling water, demineralised water and wastewater
- Fuels & solvents: diesel, lubricating oils, disinfectants, petroleum-based products, cleaning agents, paint thinners.
